Dr. Amit Kashyap specialises in Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law. He is LL.B., LL.M. and Doctorate in Law from Department of Laws, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He obtained his Ph.D. Degree in the year 2014 as UGC NET/SRF regular research fellow from Department of Laws, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. Dr. Amit Kashyap is having more than Nineteen years teaching, research and administrative experience. In Legal Education, he has served at the H.P. College of Law, Kala Amb (H.P.) Lincoln College of Law, Sirhind (Punjab), Department of Laws, H.P. University (Shimla) and Department of Laws, Central University of Punjab, Bathinda and Army Law College, Pune and currently teaching as Associate Professor in School of Law, Lovely Professional University, Punjab. He has a deep interest in research and has got many articles & research papers published in reputed International/National Scopus and UGC Care List journals and presented various research papers in International/National Seminars/Conferences. He has contributed many chapters in edited books also.
