  • Perform legal research on arbitration, ADR policies, privacy law, and AI governance.

  • Draft internal legal memoranda and supporting documents.

  • Attend committee meetings and prepare detailed analytical notes.

  • Collaborate with seasoned legal professionals on strategic initiatives.

  • Current 1L, 2L, or 3L students enrolled in an accredited U.S. law school.

  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.

  • Interest in ADR, privacy law, or AI governance.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
