The Ministry of Women and Child Development is India’s apex body for formulating policies and programs to promote gender equality and child welfare. Through initiatives like women’s empowerment schemes and child protection programs, MoWCD impacts millions, offering a unique opportunity to engage in public policy and social justice.

  • Conduct research and micro-studies on women’s and children’s welfare programs.
  • Analyze government policies and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Draft policy briefs, reports, and advocacy materials.
  • Participate in pilot projects and public advocacy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with ministry officials on policy implementation strategies.
  • Women candidates aged 21–40 years from non-Tier I cities or rural areas of India.
  • Enrolled in or associated with a university, academic, or non-academic institution.
  • Strong interest in public policy, gender equality, or child welfare.
  • Proficient research and communication skills.
