  • Conduct legal research on corporate law, arbitration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal representations.
  • Assist in preparing case summaries and supporting arbitration proceedings.
  • Collaborate with the in-house legal team on live corporate transactions.

  • Contribute to legal content creation and administrative support tasks.
  • Current law students in their 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated LLB program.
  • Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Willingness to attend court proceedings and work in-person in Bengaluru.
