  • Conduct legal research on intellectual property, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft contracts, agreements, and corporate documents under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing research memos and legal content for knowledge repositories.
  • Collaborate with practicing lawyers on cross-border legal matters.

  • Ensure timely submission of deliverables, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Current law students in their 3rd year or above (5-year LLB) or 2nd year or above (3-year LLB).
  • Recent law graduates with strong research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to feedback.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and excellent communication skills.
