  • Research and analyze transactions in M&A, PE, VC, and disputes.
  • Draft and scrutinize documents like contracts, term sheets, and investment pacts.
  • Attend client sessions, document notes, and prepare materials.
  • Manage administrative duties such as filings and compliance monitoring.
  • Aid in startup investments from drafting to negotiations.
  • Handle filings under corporate and securities regulations.

  • Address topics in company law, data privacy, foreign funding, and exits.

    • Students in recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs (preference for final/penultimate years); skilled in MS Office, legal writing, and communication; availability for full-time office presence.
