Draft and review contracts and compliance documents.
Conduct research on corporate, IP, and HR-related legal issues.
Prepare legal opinions and internal advisories.
Participate in weekly or biweekly legal syncs.
Support operational and regulatory projects remotely.
Students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program or pursuing an LL.M.
Interest in corporate or technology law.
Prior experience with legal research or documentation.
Ability to work remotely and align with IST time zones.
