Draft and review legal agreements, including NDAs and service contracts.
Research corporate law and financial regulatory issues.
Prepare legal representations and case summaries.
Support the in-house legal team on compliance matters.
Develop detailed legal research reports.
Students in their 3rd year or above of a 5-year LL.B. program.
Strong research and drafting skills.
Interest in corporate law or financial regulations.
Prior internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
