Draft and review commercial agreements, such as NDAs and service contracts.
Research regulatory and corporate law issues.
Prepare case summaries and legal opinions.
Assist in arbitration and corporate advisory matters.
Support the legal team with administrative tasks.
Students in their 3rd year or above of a 5-year LL.B. program or recent graduates.
Prior internship experience in commercial contracts or regulatory advisory.
Strong drafting and analytical skills.
Commitment to in-office work in New Delhi.
