Conduct legal research on corporate and technology law issues.
Draft legal memoranda, client advisories, and articles.
Assist in preparing commercial contracts and compliance documents.
Engage in client meetings under senior supervision.
Support internal knowledge management and regulatory tracking.
Students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program or final year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
Strong drafting and communication skills.
Interest in technology, startups, or intellectual property law.
Prior internship or legal writing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
