  • Conduct legal research on NBFC compliance and civil procedure matters.
  • Assist in drafting legal notices, case files, and contract reviews.
  • Support the team during court visits and document preparation.
  • Participate in mentorship sessions to understand litigation strategies.
  • Contribute to discussions on corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Law students in their 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program.
  • Strong academic foundation in civil procedure and commercial laws.
  • Excellent communication and legal writing skills.
  • Ability to conduct independent research; prior internship experience is a bonus.
