  • Draft, review, and edit commercial agreements and contracts for business operations.
  • Perform legal research focused on corporate and consumer protection laws.
  • Contribute to compliance and policy documentation for internal use.
  • Participate in internal discussions on deal structuring and negotiation strategies.

  • Support ongoing projects with a professional and deadline-oriented approach.
  • Final-year students in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program.
  • Recent law graduates from the 2023–2025 batches.
  • Keen interest in corporate law, contracts, and legal policy.

  • Willingness to work on-site in Pune for the full 6-month duration.
