Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
Research consumer protection, employment, and intellectual property regulations.
Assist in compliance management and legal risk assessments.
Support the CEO and legal team in documentation and strategic discussions.
Final-year students in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B program or recent graduates.
Strong drafting and research skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work in Pune from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
