  • Research corporate, fintech, and AI regulations.
  • Draft contracts, NDAs, and term sheets.
  • Review legal documents for compliance.

  • Participate in strategy discussions and client assignments.
  • Law students graduating in 2025 (3-year or 5-year LL.B.).
  • Prior experience in legal writing or research is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills.
