  • Draft and negotiate corporate-commercial contracts (e.g., SHA, SPA).
  • Guide regulatory compliance with FEMA, SEBI, and Company Law.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare transaction reports.

  • Liaise with clients and coordinate with internal teams.
  • LL.B. from a recognized Indian university.
  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or transactional law.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and regulatory documentation.

  • Strong drafting and collaborative skills.
