Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts and advisory notes.
Support due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
Collaborate with senior lawyers on client advisory and litigation support.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to discussions on case strategy.
Law students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LLB program or final year of a 3-year LLB program.
Preference for candidates with prior internships in corporate law or litigation.
Strong academic record and analytical skills.
No specific residency requirements, but candidates must be able to work onsite in one of the listed cities.
