Assist insolvency professionals in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRP) and liquidation tasks.
Support claim verification and drafting for insolvency cases.
Participate in Committee of Creditors (CoC) and Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC) meetings.
Contribute to the Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP) and Personal Guarantor cases.
Law students in 3rd year or above of a 5-year LL.B. or final year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
CA, CS, CMA aspirants or fresh graduates are also eligible.
Preference for candidates with prior IBC exposure.
Open to candidates available to work on-site in Delhi NCR.
