Draft IP-sensitive contracts and legal documents.
Assist in trademark filings, patent applications, and copyright processes.
Research IP disputes and compliance issues.
Support the legal team in analyzing Indian and U.S. IP frameworks.
Prepare internal legal documentation and reports.
Students in their 4th year or above of a 5-year LL.B. program or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
Strong interest in intellectual property law.
Familiarity with contract drafting and IP regulations (Indian and U.S.).
Excellent research and communication skills.
