Conduct research on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
Draft and review contracts, investment agreements, and compliance documents.
Participate in client meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Support legal audits and regulatory compliance tasks.
Assist in resolving disputes and other legal matters.
Students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program or final year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
Strong interest in startup law, M&A, or investment transactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent legal drafting skills.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months of full-time in-office work.
