Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and technology law matters
Draft legal documents, including contracts and compliance notes
Prepare explainers and summaries on IP and tech-related legal issues
Assist in client communications and strategic advisory projects
Contribute to internal knowledge repositories and compliance frameworks
Students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law program or final year of a 3-year law program
Strong drafting and verbal communication skills
Keen interest in technology law, corporate law, or AI/SaaS regulations
Tech-savvy with adaptability; prior legal writing experience is advantageous
