Independently manage legal operations across civil, criminal, commercial, consumer, IP, and labor law.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
Conduct high-level legal research using tools like Manupatra and SCC Online.
Develop and execute litigation strategies for complex cases.
Liaise with government authorities, police, and regulatory bodies.
Provide strategic legal guidance to support business functions.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Extensive experience in civil, criminal, commercial, IP, or labor law.
Proven expertise in contract drafting and litigation management.
Familiarity with legal research platforms (e.g., Manupatra, SCC Online).
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
