Handle corporate law matters, including compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and IBC laws.
Assist in board and committee meeting preparations, AGM/EoGM, and postal ballot processes.
Manage MCA filings and coordinate with stock exchanges, shareholders, and transfer agents.
Support NCLT-related work and liaise with external consultants.
Ensure compliance with listing regulations and other SEBI requirements.
Candidates who have passed the ICSI professional exam.
Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and IBC laws.
Ability to perform well in a written test covering the Companies Act, listing regulations, and basic IBC laws.
