Draft and negotiate investment agreements and commercial contracts.
Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
Perform research on RBI, SEBI, and FEMA regulations.
Support fund formation and business restructuring initiatives.
Provide general corporate advisory services to clients.
Law degree with a minimum of 2 years PQE in corporate law or venture capital.
Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
Keen interest in India’s venture capital and regulatory landscape.
Exposure to fund formation is advantageous but not mandatory.
