  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, from strategy formulation to deal closure.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal standards.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in legal or contractual roles, ideally in technology or consulting sectors.

  • Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance management.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with enterprise software contracting is a plus.
