Deliver comprehensive legal and contractual support to global business units.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and LOIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and HR, to address contract-related needs.
Maintain and update contract repositories to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in RFPs, policy development, and internal legal advisory functions.
Law degree from a reputed Indian university.
10–12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in law firms or corporate legal teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Knowledge of Indian laws; familiarity with UK/US legal frameworks is an advantage.
Experience with contract management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ariba) is preferred.
