Develop and implement data governance frameworks compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and Indian laws.
Collaborate with legal teams to address data policy gaps.
Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and compliance audits.
Advise on legal implications of data usage and storage.
Monitor regulatory updates and propose policy changes.
Lead training programs on data compliance for staff.
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree with a focus on data protection.
Minimum 5 years of experience in legal compliance or data governance.
Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and DPIA processes; CIPP/E or CIPM certifications are a plus.
Strong communication and project management skills.
