Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and licensing deals.

• Create standardized legal documents to enhance operational efficiency.

• Advise on legal risks, obligations, and contract interpretation.

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams.

• Oversee factory compliance, contract performance, and dispute resolution.

• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance.

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

• 7–10 years of experience in corporate legal teams or law firms.

• Expertise in commercial and contract law.

• Preferably experienced in factory compliance and vendor operations.

• Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.

• Prior work in manufacturing or e-commerce sectors is a plus.
