Owneso Legal Consulting is a globally certified legal outsourcing firm, holding ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 accreditations. It specializes in legal tech and paralegal services and provides high-quality, secure, and cost-efficient legal support to law firms and professionals in the U.S., Canada, the UK, and Australia.

  • Handle client lead intake and organize documentation.

  • Use MyCase software for file management and uploads.

  • Schedule consultations between attorneys and clients.

  • Communicate professionally with clients.

  • Assist attorneys with document management, PDF handling, and case tracking.

  • Provide clerical and executive support.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a U.S. law firm.

  • Proficiency in MyCase and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with Slack.

  • Associate’s degree in Law (mandatory).

  • Ability to work night shifts (9:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday).

  • Freshers and interns are not eligible.
