Handle client lead intake and organize documentation.
Use MyCase software for file management and uploads.
Schedule consultations between attorneys and clients.
Communicate professionally with clients.
Assist attorneys with document management, PDF handling, and case tracking.
Provide clerical and executive support.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a U.S. law firm.
Proficiency in MyCase and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Slack.
Associate’s degree in Law (mandatory).
Ability to work night shifts (9:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday).
Freshers and interns are not eligible.
