Scaler is seeking a motivated Legal Trainee to join the team and gain hands-on experience in a wide range of legal areas. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse legal matters and contribute to impactful projects.
(i) Researching and drafting representations to effect the change.
(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.
(iii) Contributing meaningfully to our projects while honing your writing skills.
(iv) Creating and refining content with a focus on legal topics.
(v) Collaboration with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.
(vi) Assistance in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of the legal team.
(vii) Handling other miscellaneous tasks and initiatives as assigned, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills.
(viii) Prepare comprehensive research reports and summaries.
(i) Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5 year Law course.
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
(iii) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is required.
(iv) Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills are essential.
(v) Candidates must demonstrate Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
