Provide legal advice on policies related to broadcasting, the press, and films.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and regulations.
Assist in court proceedings and legal compliance for ministry initiatives.
Research legal issues affecting media and information sectors.
Support senior officials in ensuring adherence to government guidelines.
LL.B. from a recognized university, eligible for registration as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably with central government exposure.
Retired government officials (US/DS level) with relevant experience are eligible.
Strong drafting and analytical skills.
Familiarity with court procedures and government operations.
