Post Details: Mavent Restructuring Services is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Insolvency Associate for its New Delhi office. The role offers exposure to corporate restructuring, insolvency resolution, liquidation and NCLT-related assignments.
Assist in corporate restructuring, turnaround and insolvency assignments.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports, presentations and related documentation.
Support insolvency and liquidation proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Draft and review legal documents, applications and reports.
Coordinate with clients, legal professionals, creditors and other stakeholders.
Assist in NCLT proceedings, court-related matters and client meetings.
Qualified Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Accountant (CA) or Law Graduate.
Strong understanding of corporate restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy laws.
Good financial analysis, research and report-writing skills.
Familiarity with legal documentation and NCLT proceedings.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Prior relevant experience of 1 year or more preferred.
Relevant insolvency or restructuring certifications will be an added advantage.
