Conduct title and ownership verification.
Draft sale deeds, Banakhat agreements and Power of Attorney documents.
Handle property registration and stamp duty matters.
Examine 7/12 extracts, NA permissions and land records.
Handle court proceedings and property-related disputes.
Coordinate with government authorities and GEB.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in real estate and infrastructure law.
Strong knowledge of property documentation, land records, registration and dispute resolution.
