  • Manage credit operations for Home Loans and Mortgage Loans (LAP).

  • Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis.

  • Evaluate applicants' income and repayment capacity.

  • Assess credit risks and make lending decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and credit procedures.

  • Manage credit operations and team-related responsibilities.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit underwriting.

  • Strong experience in Home Loans and Mortgage Loans (LAP).

  • Expertise in credit assessment, financial analysis, income assessment, and risk evaluation.

  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and team management skills.
