Post Details: The firm is urgently seeking an experienced practicing advocate based in Mumbai for an exclusive engagement as a Litigation Associate / Retainer. The selected candidate will be responsible for independently handling the firm's Mumbai operations and litigation matters.
Independently handle the firm's clients and litigation matters in Mumbai.
Represent clients before appropriate courts and forums.
Manage civil, commercial, consumer, criminal, and recovery-related disputes.
Handle cheque bounce, payment recovery, debt recovery, and bail matters.
Coordinate with the firm's Delhi office.
Develop the firm's local litigation practice, client base, and professional network in Mumbai.
Take ownership of the firm's Mumbai operations.
Practicing Advocate based in Mumbai.
Minimum 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in core litigation.
Strong litigation experience and sound procedural knowledge.
Ability to independently manage client matters.
Professional commitment to an exclusive, long-term engagement.
