Post Details: KS Legal & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with 4–5 years of litigation experience to work on complex disputes and high-stakes legal matters in Mumbai.
Handle commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
Work on insolvency and bankruptcy matters under the IBC.
Assist with SEBI, securities law, and regulatory enforcement cases.
Handle income tax litigation and white-collar crime matters.
Conduct court appearances and prepare pleadings, drafts, and filings.
Take ownership of assigned matters and support litigation strategy.
4–5 years of relevant litigation experience.
Hands-on experience with court appearances, pleadings, drafting, and filings.
Exposure to commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, securities law, or regulatory litigation.
Ability to independently manage responsibilities in a demanding litigation practice.
