Post Details: Vishen Law Chambers is hiring an Associate for its Lucknow office. The position offers hands-on experience in litigation, constitutional law, real-estate disputes, property matters, and RERA proceedings.
Conduct legal research on statutory provisions, case law, and procedural issues.
Draft pleadings, notices, applications, written submissions, and other court documents.
Assist with case preparation, documentation, and hearing-related work.
Support matters before the High Court, civil courts, RERA authorities, appellate tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial bodies.
0–2 years of litigation experience preferred.
Must be registered with the Bar Council.
Exceptional fresh graduates with a genuine interest in litigation may be considered.
Candidates residing in Lucknow will be preferred.
Interest in constitutional law, real-estate litigation, property disputes, RERA matters, and legal drafting.
Strong research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
