Post Details: VertexLegal LLP is hiring a Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience in litigation and court practice, particularly in criminal law, constitutional law, and matrimonial disputes.
Conduct legal research and case analysis.
Draft pleadings, applications, case briefs, and court-related documents.
Assist in litigation strategy and case preparation.
Handle matters involving criminal, constitutional, and matrimonial law.
Work on proceedings before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts.
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
Familiarity with Supreme Court and High Court proceedings.
Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Interest in criminal law, constitutional law, and matrimonial disputes.
