Post Details: The firm is inviting applications for Senior Associate positions across three practice areas. Candidates with approximately 5–6 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
1. Senior Associate – Litigation
Handle litigation matters and court proceedings.
Draft pleadings, applications and legal submissions.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Coordinate with clients and manage ongoing disputes.
2. Senior Associate – Real Estate
Advise on real estate transactions and property-related legal issues.
Conduct title due diligence and review property documents.
Draft and negotiate property agreements.
Assist with real estate disputes and regulatory compliance.
3. Senior Associate – Corporate Law
Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
Advise on corporate legal and regulatory matters.
Support due diligence and corporate transactions.
Assist clients with company law compliance and legal risk management.
Approximately 5–6 years of relevant legal experience.
Relevant experience in litigation, real estate law or corporate law, depending on the position.
Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage matters independently and work effectively with clients and teams.
