Post Details: Viksit Capital is hiring experienced professionals for two credit leadership positions in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must have relevant experience in the affordable or micro-LAP segment and prior work experience in Uttar Pradesh locations.
1. Regional Credit Head (RCH)
Lead regional credit operations and decision-making.
Manage credit assessment and risk evaluation.
Monitor portfolio quality and lending performance.
Lead and supervise credit teams across the region.
Support credit growth while maintaining risk controls.
2. Area Credit Head (ACH)
Oversee credit operations across the assigned area.
Review credit proposals and assess borrower risk.
Monitor portfolio quality and compliance with credit policies.
Manage and support credit teams.
Coordinate with branch and regional teams to achieve lending objectives.
Regional Credit Head (RCH):
Minimum 12 years of overall experience.
At least 5 years of experience in the affordable or micro-LAP segment.
Previous work experience in Uttar Pradesh locations.
Team-handling experience.
Area Credit Head (ACH):
Minimum 7 years of overall experience.
At least 3 years of experience in the affordable or micro-LAP segment.
Previous work experience in Uttar Pradesh locations.
