Post Details: Hiring for experienced legal professionals for three positions in the Indirect Tax practice, focusing on GST and Customs matters.
Advise clients on GST, Customs and other indirect tax matters.
Handle indirect tax litigation, tax disputes and related proceedings.
Provide advisory support on tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, submissions and other legal documents.
Assist with client management and strategy for complex tax matters.
For senior positions, supervise teams and contribute to practice development and client relationships.
Qualified law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
Relevant experience in indirect tax law, particularly GST and Customs.
Experience in tax advisory, litigation, disputes and regulatory compliance.
Senior-level experience and leadership capabilities appropriate to the position applied for.
