Post Details: The firm is hiring an experienced Partner – IPR with 10+ years of post-qualification experience to establish and grow its intellectual property practice across the listed locations. Applications will be treated confidentially.
Lead and expand the firm’s IPR practice.
Handle complex IP litigation and enforcement before High Courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, registries and customs authorities.
Oversee IP prosecution and portfolio management.
Advise on IP due diligence, licensing, technology transfer and commercialisation.
Develop new business and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across offices.
LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised university.
Admission to practise law in India.
Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience in IP law.
Expertise in patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights and trade secrets.
Proven experience in IP litigation, prosecution, portfolio management and transactional IP work.
Strong business development, client management, leadership, drafting and advocacy skills.
Patent Agent qualification is strongly preferred.
Science or engineering qualification preferred for patent-focused practice.
