Post Details: Trust Law Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Real Estate Associate for its Bengaluru office. The role focuses on property law, title scrutiny, legal due diligence, real estate transactions, and drafting and reviewing property-related documents.
Prepare title scrutiny reports and conduct legal due diligence.
Draft and review deeds, agreements, and property-related legal documents.
Verify property records and title documents.
Advise clients on real estate transactions and property law matters.
Analyse property documentation and identify potential legal risks.
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law.
Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
Sound knowledge of property laws and real estate documentation.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
