Post Details: PPL India is seeking Legal Consultants on a retainership basis for multiple locations across India. Candidates must have 4–5 years of relevant experience in intellectual property rights (IPR), particularly IPR enforcement and litigation.
Handle IPR enforcement and litigation matters.
Advise on intellectual property rights and sound recording-related disputes.
Assist with legal notices, pleadings, and other legal documentation.
Coordinate with courts, authorities, and external legal counsel.
Support enforcement actions against unauthorised use of copyrighted sound recordings.
Provide legal advice and updates on relevant IPR laws and judgments.
LL.B. degree or equivalent legal qualification.
4–5 years of experience in IPR.
Hands-on experience in IPR enforcement and litigation is mandatory.
Ability to handle legal drafting and litigation-related matters independently.
