Post Details: Namdev Finvest is hiring an experienced Legal Manager for its Indore office. The role involves legal drafting, court representation, management of recovery-related proceedings, document review, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
Draft FIRs, legal notices, legal opinions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
Issue notices to customers in accordance with company policies.
Represent the company in court as an authorised legal representative.
Coordinate legal proceedings relating to repossessed vehicles.
Review legal matters and relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal clauses and internal policies.
LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong legal drafting, documentation, and litigation skills.
Experience in handling recovery-related legal matters is beneficial.
