Post Details: Moneyboxx Finance Limited is hiring Legal Recovery Officers with 1–5 years of experience across multiple locations in India. The role focuses on legal recovery proceedings against non-performing asset (NPA) borrowers, court follow-ups, warrant execution, and coordination with collections teams and external legal professionals.
Manage legal recovery proceedings against NPA borrowers.
Follow up on cases before courts and competent authorities.
Coordinate the service and lawful execution of summons and warrants.
Liaise with police authorities, court officials, and empanelled advocates.
Handle arbitration proceedings and recovery-related legal matters.
Assist with legal drafting, documentation, and case management.
Coordinate with collections and recovery teams to ensure timely action.
LL.B. degree or equivalent legal qualification.
1–5 years of relevant experience.
Banking or NBFC sector experience preferred.
Knowledge of the SARFAESI Act and legal recovery procedures.
Experience in warrant execution and arbitration proceedings.
Strong drafting, coordination, and case management skills.
