Post Details: Agarwal Law Chamber is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate in Defence Colony, New Delhi. The role offers exposure to multiple practice areas, including arbitration, commercial litigation, civil disputes, insolvency, matrimonial matters, and corporate legal work. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Assist in arbitration and commercial litigation matters.
Handle civil litigation and dispute resolution work.
Assist with insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
Work on matrimonial disputes and related legal proceedings.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
Coordinate with clients and assist Senior Counsel.
Support general corporate legal assignments.
0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
Must be an AIBE-qualified and enrolled advocate.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Ability to assist Senior Counsel.
Immediate joiners preferred.
