Post Details: Adani Enterprises Ltd. is hiring a Legal Lead – Litigation & Contracts for its Ahmedabad location. The role focuses on corporate litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, recovery matters, and commercial contract management. Candidates must have relevant corporate experience, particularly in litigation and contracts.
Manage litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, and recovery matters across India.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise domestic and international commercial contracts.
Handle NDAs, MoUs, procurement, consultancy, and service agreements.
Advise on contractual risks, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution strategies.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal business stakeholders.
LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
3–7 years of relevant professional experience.
Mandatory experience in a corporate organisation.
Hands-on experience in corporate litigation, commercial contracts, and contract management.
Candidates without relevant corporate litigation and contracts experience may not be suitable.
