Provide legal advice on digital banking initiatives.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters.
Conduct legal research and document due diligence.

Coordinate with external legal counsel.
Assist senior team members with transactions and legal assignments.
Graduate degree in Law (LL.B.).
0–10 years of experience in corporate law, banking, or financial services.
Understanding of banking agreements and applicable legal frameworks.
Strong legal research, drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
