Post Details MCX is hiring a Management Trainee for its SEBI Compliances department in Mumbai. This opportunity is suitable for freshers interested in regulatory compliance, legal and regulatory frameworks, and commodity markets.
Periodically review, monitor, and update compliance requirements under regulatory Acts, Rules, Regulations, Circulars, emails, and letters.
Coordinate with other departments to obtain periodic compliance confirmations.
Assist senior officials during pre- and post-regulatory inspections.
Coordinate with departments to obtain relevant responses, review them, and prepare draft replies.
Submit responses to regulatory queries and directives within prescribed timelines.
Prepare periodic reports for submission to the regulator.
Qualifications: Company Secretary (CS), MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), postgraduate degree, or LL.B.
Freshers are eligible to apply.
