Post Details Pallav Mongia is hiring an Associate for his office at Nizamuddin East, New Delhi. The role offers an opportunity to work on Supreme Court matters and commercial disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and insolvency proceedings.
Assist with civil, criminal, commercial, and constitutional law matters before the Supreme Court of India.
Work on commercial disputes, including suits and arbitration proceedings.
Assist with insolvency matters under the IBC.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal drafts.
Independently handle briefs at various stages of proceedings.
1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong legal drafting and research skills.
Ability to work independently on briefs at different stages.
Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
